I have had the same problem for 2 days.
I still have Audials 2022 on my computer, I will test if it works with it.

    Hello together,
You can try after record your movie or series to click on the button "tags search".
Maybe it finds the correct tags for you.

It is additional work, but it seems it works.

    Only a little workaround...

Thanks, I'll give it a try. I hadn't thought of that yet.
Unfortunately, it didn't work with Audials 2022 either.

I tried the manually selecting Search Tags, and while this will add some meta data, it's an extra step I can avoid doing by just editing the file name on my pc. I have to do this edit anyway to get it to read correctly in Plex, but when it pulls Meta data correctly from the start, it makes that process easier. This way I have to completely name the file. For some reason Audials cannot see the Meta data on the stream, and I'm guessing it's something changed on Disney's side that now Audials has to compensate for to see it again.

Still waiting to hear back from Audials Support. Will update when I hear from them on this.

Why you have to edit manually the file names? Audials One makes this for me. I have only to search for tags and then I press the button for the name rules and my series have all the right names in the tags and file names.

    Hello,
    Yes, it works again. Thanks.
But now, the meta data are different to them, which I recorded in the last days. 😅
    But this is OK.
