Audials One 2024 - not capturing Meta Data on some Disney+ shows
Just the past 2 days I've had an issue recording certain series from Disney+ where they are not capturing the Meta Data (episode name, season number, episode number) and instead just showing as Disney+ as the file name. I'm having this issue when using both the Audials Internal Player as well as thru the web browsers such as Chrome, Edge and so on. Does anyone have a solution to this issue. Makes it very tedious to have to figure out which episodes are which when they all just say Disney +.

I tried the manually selecting Search Tags, and while this will add some meta data, it's an extra step I can avoid doing by just editing the file name on my pc. I have to do this edit anyway to get it to read correctly in Plex, but when it pulls Meta data correctly from the start, it makes that process easier. This way I have to completely name the file. For some reason Audials cannot see the Meta data on the stream, and I'm guessing it's something changed on Disney's side that now Audials has to compensate for to see it again.
Still waiting to hear back from Audials Support. Will update when I hear from them on this.
