    i got a premium subscription and I'm trying to download music from Spotify  and it just download 1 minute of my music

    When i run program it freezes next collect crash data ask for my email - i am put in and send that data to your company. But no one help me what to do. Reistalling software not help. What can i do ?

    Just upgraded from Audials Radio to Audials One and having issue:

    • Tried export "Last Played 100" playlist to Spotify and it fails

    Note also:

    • Click  account icon in lower-left > click "help" > launches 404 webpage https://audials.com/help/music
    • Trying to get help brings to this page which says to contact support... how? Is this the form? It mention to provide email... am I supposed to enter my email in this public thread? OK... rneagu123[at]komotion.com
    • Not sure if this makes a difference... I had Audials Radio before and I upgraded by entering the new activation key. I did NOT uninstall Radio and then install One version.

    when playing music from spotify it plays smooth  But when i play with audials it skips bad what can i do.
