Audials Music Streaming offers quickstart buttons and in-place instructions to guide you through the necessary steps to record an audio stream.
Step-by-Step: Recording an audio stream
- In the navigation, click Music Streaming.
- Check whether the streaming service you want to record from is available as quickstart option (tile).
If a quickstart option is available, start the recording by clicking the tile, independently on whether you want to record from a streaming service's desktop client/app, or from the web player in the browser.
If none of the quickstart options fits, scroll down to the bottom and choose a recording tool. - As soon as Audials is ready for recording, start playing the content you would like to record.
Results
All detected files are listed in the Audio/Music recording view and, depending on the recording tool and your settings, automatically saved on your computer and listed in the Player after a while.

Audials has taken over all audio on my Laptop and I cannot play video or use the microphone. HELP.
I had a lot of problems with recording from Spotify, as many of my songs were 'Failed' in Audials Music. I read a page by Daniela who indicated that I could copy the playlist link on the Spotify playlist page after selecting 'Share' from the '...' options, then Copy playlist link. I left the Spotify page open, maximized in its own window. I then pasted the link in the Audials 'Source or Url' slot. Audials loaded the playlist, and I started the download. I keep the Audials window open also. I since taking these actions my 'Failed' problem has been resolved. Also, I suggest that you keep at a minimum any other system activities. Thanks Daniela!
Problem with Recording at normal speed with Amazon or Spotify. Every time I start a new recording the first two tracks always fail. I have to wait till the album is finished and re-record the first two tracks again. Help!
Good morning,
As I already pointed out to you a few weeks ago, the HAG' FM radio streaming stream cuts out after a few seconds when I listen on a computer.
I have no cutting issues with the iPhone app.
To date, I have not received an answer regarding the problem.
I would like to purchase some licenses but until the problem is resolved, I am hesitant.
