  I can't for the life of me understand why you hide what differences there are between previous versions. Your "What's new" page doesn't really tell what's new in your 2023 version as opposed to the 2022 or 2021 version of the product. I can't even consider getting an upgrade, when I have to search for hours (to no avail) to see whether the upgrade is worth my money (certainly so far hasn't been worth my "time").

  Why can you not simply put a page that says "Hey, here's what's new in 2023 that you DON'T have in 2022, or 2021, or blah blah). Your release notes (this here) simply points you to the same useless "What's New" link that doesn't really tell me what's new. Everything there pretty much is in the version I own (2021) and does nothing to entice me to purchase an upgrade.
