You've made a good choice with 'Audials Gold Subscription' or 'Audials One Ultra Subscription': This way you'll always use the latest version of 'Audials One' or 'Audials One Ultra', the most powerful streaming recorder and media organizer.
Of course, we will continue these very popular subscriptions and are already working diligently on upcoming innovations that all subscribers will automatically receive!
Change of Payment Provider
Unfortunately, Audials recently had to decide to change the payment provider.
While we worked with 'DigitalRiver' for many years, unfortunately, DigitalRiver's new management unexpectedly decided to stop paying out customer funds to software providers like Audials, and instead simply kept the money without explanation, which naturally put many software providers in a difficult position. The press reports about this, e.g.,

We have therefore cancelled subscriptions with DigitalRiver so that DigitalRiver can no longer debit money from our customers. This will have been confirmed by email from DigitalRiver.
This does not mean that your subscription ends - just that future payments can no longer be collected through DigitalRiver.
For customers whose renewal was due
October 25th 2024 until December 15th 2025
For all customers whose renewal was due until december 15th, have created a simple way to continue the subscription seamlessly:
Please update your payment details through our new payment provider 'Cleverbridge', who will manage your subscription in the future. Then your subscription will continue directly by debiting the next payment.

We would be very pleased if you remain loyal to us as a customer. As a "small thank you" for the inconvenience, we have reduced the next annual payment by 5 euros or dollar.
You will receive a new license number for your software, but the old one will remain valid for now.
While your old subscription is still working currently, we'll have to deactivate it soon - to avoid that, please use the links above.
For customers whose renewal is due
December 16th 2024 until October 24th 2025
Your subscription license remains valid. The cancellation received from DigitalRiver only means that DigitalRiver will no longer be allowed to collect money from you in the future.
Your contact information has been transferred to the new Cleverbridge payment system.
When your renewal is due, Cleverbridge will email you to request that you enter your payment details. Please follow this request to ensure your subscription continues to work.
Until then, your existing subscription will continue to function.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to change payment providers, as we need to ensure that the subscription fees you kindly paid actually reach the software developers of the Audials Team and their families, who work daily to continue improving the software for you.
