    kem, it sounds as if you're trying to sign in to the shop with your Audials account (the one used here, and in the application). Please note that the shop uses a separate account system. I'm sorry this is causing confusion.

    If you've already purchased with us in the past, you could check your old emails for your account info. If you can't find it anymore, please contact element5 (our shop operator), as linked above. If it's your first time purchasing Audials, simply create a new account during checkout.
