kem, it sounds as if you're trying to sign in to the shop with your Audials account (the one used here, and in the application). Please note that the shop uses a separate account system. I'm sorry this is causing confusion.
If you've already purchased with us in the past, you could check your old emails for your account info. If you can't find it anymore, please contact element5 (our shop operator), as linked above. If it's your first time purchasing Audials, simply create a new account during checkout.

I wanted to upgrade to Audials One 2018 at 19.99 (US). I am here on the East Coast of the US where it is still the 20th and it won't allow me to do so. I realize it is already likely the 21st in Germany but am wondering if you will still honor the deal price?
I am trying to purchase the 2019 version. I tried to do it as a new user as well as logging in first and in each case I am being told that my credit card has issues. All 3 my credit card? So I have no way of paying for the software upgrade. Please help.

I downloaded the offer on Giveaways today. Still about 4 hrs left to complete. I activated with name and such but it keeps going to page to make a payment. How do I register this version as it's suppose to be free so this doesn't happen.
I want to change my payment method but my account page won't let me do that. Please advise.

I purchased Audials One 2020 software from Ashampoo with paypal payment (cleverbridge reference number: 231944952).
I would like to upgrade to Audials One 2021, but I will not allow payment by credit card because it is redirected to MyCommerce - Digital River Company, but I did not buy the product from them. I have already written to everyone on every forum.
Ashampoo, cleverbridge and Digital River are all in control of you!

The upgrade is offered by your systems, but since I bought the full version of Audials 2020 at Ashampoo via cleverbridge with paypal payment!
so of course my credit card is not accepted by Digital River because they don't even have an account with them because I didn't buy the software from them before!
I think this can be a problem because my credit card is accepted by all websites!
