FAQs, instructions, manuals, and a web form to contact support, as well. The most important changes for you: The support contact form is much easier to use. It requires you to log in with your Audials account. The request form features a built-in search for existing knowledge base articles. With a little bit of luck, your question has already been answered. Once you've signed in with your Audials account, you can also see the status of all your support requests in your user profile. We add more and more knowledge articles to this page, step-by-step. Each of your visits and support queries helps us identify relevant and urgent questions and issues. Our aim is to fix as many issues as possible, and as fast as possible. If anything is wrong with the support site itsself - please don't hesitate to submit a request and let us know.
