How can I get video to record???

NOTE: This is for Windows Software Forum, but there's no choice for that in drop down menu when I click on New Post in Windows Software Forum, so I had to select Windows Plugin Forum or post wouldn't send, then I edited that post and could change it to Windows Software Forum.

What's up with that?????

How can I get video to record in trial version of Audials Movie?

And is this forum the only way to get support???

When I press Record now button, message that Recording is starting appears, but progress bar whirls round and round and never records anything.
I'm trying to record the following video from my PBS Passport account -

I've accessed recording this way -
Video Streaming > Video recording > Other Source/Screen Recording > High Quality Direct Recording > Record One Video > URL of page to record: > Next > Rec from beginning > Record now > This product version only lets you record for 10 minutes > Continue > Recording is starting

If I go back to bottom of main screen, it shows nothing happening. At bottom is stated -  In process:0

If I click on Batch record tab and drag and drop URL, I get error message Could not process URL.

How can I get video to record????
