How to deactivate 'devices' that are no longer used.

How can I deactivate devices from my Audials account? Just saw that I had 21 devices under my account from the last few years. Below is an example:

   Dear customer, 
  
  Unfortunately, we cannot delete the devices. They are only shown there as a history and all other functions have been deactivated. You can safely ignore it.
