No listening by recording Amazon Music HD single speed?

I'm new customer of Amazon Music HD and want to record and listening some Albums.

I use record while playing and I only hear the first few seconds of the recording than the recording continue in silence.

In Audials 2020 there was a button for unmute how do I do this in Audials 2021?
