Problem with microsoft edge

Hi,

Altough I have installed microsoft edge ( I use it very ofen to make my researches) , I can' t choose it when I want to download a video. It is noted "edge , supported but not installed" while it has been installed . Could tell how to use microsoft edge ?. I have a pc windows 10. Thank you in advance

  Hi lilivir, 

  Please make sure that you have installed the latest Audials version. You could also try to reinstall Edge and try again. If this does not help, please contact audials support by email : support@audials.com
