Windows booting issues with newly build PC (Have to restart each time)

I've been having some booting issues with my PC. Whenever I turn it on it shows me my motherboard screen on my monitors but never gets to the windows login screen and then my monitors don't pick anything up to display. However, when I forcefully shut down my computer by holding the power button and reboot everything loads and works fine. It's just annoying to turn on my computer see that windows isn't showing up and then forcefully have to shut it down and start it back up. Was wondering if anyone else has ever had this issue and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you!

  How shall this problem be conneted with Audials?
  
  But just to be that kind: did you check the boot priority in your UEFI? You shall set the device with the OS as the primary boot medium and give it a try.
