How to preserve bit rate and bit depth of Amazon ultra HD tracks?

Hi all,

how can I save a lossless version of Amazon Ultra HD tracks?

Even if I set "keep original format" in the Output Format dialog, the resulting Flac file il always 44,1KHz 16bit.

Does this meams that Audials resamples the original track even if I choose to save in Flac?
