Amazon Music HD, Tracks are no longer divided

Hello, as of today, October 16, amazon updated their music app HD (windows desktop version). When recording an album in high-speed mode, audials is no longer able to divide the songs into individual tracks. It is just a long single track of the entire album. Everything worked perfectly prior to the new amazon music software update. Will there be a fix for this?

    The Amazon upgrade broke song separation in standard mode as well. Song titles no longer work. Everything is "Unknown". If there is no fix, maybe Amazon Music should be removed from the options list. At least I know to cancel my subscription.

    I found the previous version of amazon music windows app (7.13.0.2210) on filehorse.com today. I installed it over the new version and all is working again for the time being.

    Barring unforeseen technical issues, I expect the folks at audials will fix the problem related to the new version moving forward. I sent a message to audials tech-support as well.

    Amazon released an App update which is not compatible with Audials.....This issue will be fixed soon by our Developers.

    A new version of audials (2021.0.94.0) has partially fixed the issue. Tracks are automatically split, however automatic tagging is still broken. All tracks are tagged "unknown".

    Will the fixes be applied to older version or are youy forcing us to purchase another license in order to continue using the program?

    I am currently using the 2020 version and only started using it last month so do not want to have to pay for an update so soon.

    You should contact audials tech-support about that. Sometimes software developers will offer free upgrades if an older version was recently purchased.

    Please contact us to email...if you purchased the 2020 Version 1 month befor the 2021 release you will get a free license key for 2021. >>support@audials.com

    This updates will also include the older versions.

    Has this gotten resolved yet? I am on the latest version of 2021 and I am still having issues with everything being unknown.

    Using the latest version of Audials and Amazon HD, Audials is not recognizing any songs on Amazon.  Am I the only one with this problem?
