2018 Tunebite not saving files

I use 2018 version to convert/resize audiobook files to mp3 format.  It goes through the process and acts like it is done but it is not saving the files anywhere.  I have made sure I am current on all updates and have tried changing the file location around but it is not saving the files.  Has anyone else run across this on 2018 or any other version?  I've used this program for years and haven't changed anything about my process but am getting no results.

  Are you sure you have enough space on your export hard disk? Are the files visible in the right located Tunebite media player?

  Yep, Plenty of space.  But not showing up in the media player...
