Audials update 2020 and Audials 2021 offer

As a registered user of Audials 2020 (and previous versions), I have received and email with the following heading.

Upgrade Notice - For Registered Users Only
New Version - Audials One 2020

I have also received another email the same day with the following heading.

 First-time offer just for you - Audials One 2021

Can you tell me what is the difference between the two offers and why am I receiving such contradicting emails?

  Dear customer,

  It was a marketing mistake. We are sorry about that. 

  The new version is the Audials One 2021 version.
