audials one 2020 sticks at ( initializing please wait ..... )

every time now I try to run audials one 2020 latest version , the screen stucks at ( initializing please wait ) 5 second and disappears . I have reinstalled it couple of time . see here / https://i.imgur.com/irlmNlq.jpg Note / I have used Revouninstaller

    Have you tried to install as admin?

    Don't use tools like Revouninstaller. It does more harm than good. Delete all Audials and RapidSolution folders on the system. Activate the function Show hidden folders. Please delete the entries in the registry and try the installation again.

    Do you know anything about the PC?
    Press Windows + R and then enter regedit. If you are not familiar with it, you should write to support directly, they can also connect with you.
    You can also go wrong a lot.

    yup I know . sorry things just mixed up on me .
    any way I have done everything u have told me , but still nothing.i still get same problem
    and what else, I have tried to install audials movie all alone when I tried to run it you know what ? same screen stucks and it shows ( audials one 2020 ) not ( audials movie ) :(

    The same problem here !

    After installing Audials Music 2020, the first time opened without problems. The next day the program stucks ( initializing please wait )... I have reinstalled it couple of time but nothing's happened

    fixed it by formatting my pc . but guess what now I can't even record 1080p and 740p lol  recording 10 minut and start crashing
