When recording musicstream, there is always a small opening at the beginning of almost every song with no music. What is the reason and can it be avoided?

  What do you mean by small opening at the beginning? Is it some milliseconds or seconds? Are you sure that the small soundless beginning is not available in the original file? Have you tried to cut it out with postprocessing feature?

  Music plays for 2 to 3 seconds and then there is a 12 ms silence and then it continues. It is not in every piece of music, but still 3 to 5 out of 10. Seen here on a screenshot. Thank you for your answer.

  I think that is what I and a few other users already have discussed in other threads. Unfortunately this isn't fixed until today (the problem exists for over six months) but there is a little trick that helped me: Put the songs in a playlist and download this playlist. After that you can record the playlist without these milliseconds of silence.

  Today I wanted to record new music from Spotify and now I recognized these milliseconds of silence somewhere in in the song. Please listen to a few songs attentive and answer if you have the same problems.

  But from my experience it is not very probable that someone from the "Support-team" answers or cares about our problems...
