Not able to record at 5x
I am using Audials Tunebite 2018. I had the ability to record from Spotify at 5x. When I changed computers and installed Audials Tunbebite 2018 on my new computer, I was able to record at 1x, but not at 5x. I would appreciate help in restoring capability to record at 5x. Thank you.

Check that your new computer meets the system requirements for Audials Tunebite 2018. You can find the system requirements on the Audials website or in the software documentation.
Make sure that you have the latest version of Audials Tunebite 2018 installed. You can check for updates within the software or download the latest version from the Audials website.
Check that you have the Spotify app installed on your computer and that you're logged in with your Spotify account.
Try adjusting the recording settings within Audials Tunebite 2018. You may need to adjust the recording speed or bitrate to enable faster recording.
