Audials 2020 - Does not record the start of a song

If recording from Amazon-Musix, the first 2 seconds of the song will be missed.

Wenn ich von Amazon-Musik aufnehme, werden die ersten 2 Sekunden des Songs nicht aufgenommen.

Die Aufnahme startet also erst 2 Sekunden zu spät und ´von dem aufgenommenen Song fehlen die ersten

2 Sekunden.

Kann man das bei den Einstellungen ändern?

  Hi,

  I had the same issue on Audials 2019 and Audials 2020 (with Spotify and Amazon music). I increased the volume level and it started recording just fine. Do not minimize the Amazon player, it should be in the normal mode. Do not turn off the volume. I leave it on an 'average' level > circa 50% of a bit higher.
