Stuttering when I download music! Frustrating!

    Ayato Kamina make sure that your Windows is up to date (including sound card) and that you have started Audials as an admin... leave only Audials and Spotify work, close all the other apps. If still the same, you should create a ticket and send it to support for further investigations... your request should contain details regarding to your complete Audials and Spotify version, used playlist, all the generated log files and OS details.

    I have the exact same issue since over two months but not fix yet.

    Windows and all drivers are up to date, no other software is running while recording.

    I've tried it with no software running, too. I always do max settings and I have noticed that the bitrate fluctuates quite a bit. So like one time it will be at 860 kbps and if record the same song it might be at 972 kbps. I'm using Ondesoft which has been perfect for me, no stuttering, and the bitrate is ~96% consistent. 

    I also compared a song Audials recorded with max settings and the same song with Ondesoft max settings and the Ondesoft songs usually had a higher bitrate.
