Audials One 2020 Song Cut Problems

Just purchased Audials 2020 and am moving from Tunebite 2019. I switched to record 24-bit audio FLACs from Tidal and TB 2019 does not do that. Problem I am having is that the song cuts off the beginning of each song and the beginning of the next song is at the end of the song. I have tried three different sound cards thinking there was some sort of latency issue, but all have the same issue. I have not tried any other music services, as I just want hi-res. So maybe it's just a tidal thing?

Anyone else have this problem? Are there other options I need to check in Audials to make this work better? At this point I am cutting all the songs manually in Audacity.

  Hello,

  Can anyone comment that AudFree for Tidal correctly recognizes and cuts gaps between songs?

  It works perfectly in my experience, and I have used it extensively on a wide variety of different types of music.
