Automatic Tagging Feature Not Working On My Audials

When I record music from Tidal, the album cover artwork and artist title does not appear in my playlist.

It just has "Unknown" listed.

  Does it happen for all kind of titles recorded from Tindal? Is it rather mainstream or very specific music you try to record? Remember that sometimes it fails to find some kind of tags, the more "unknown" a title is.

  Also restart/update your software, since it is not excluded that the plugin had to be updated due to problems/incompabilities arosen after some period.

  Hello, this is happening to me on Spotify 1.1.15.448.g00fba0e3 (Microsoft Store version) and Audials Music 2020:

  Audials 2020.0.55.5500, built on 12/09/2019
  Streaming Service 3.2.16100.0

  The automatic tagging used to work in the past in 2019, stopped working at some stage and is not working in 2020.

  I am opening the Queue list as suggested. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

  I have the same problem. No Cover will stored in the tag. Did you have a solution for us? 2 month ago and no answer to the question in this chat.

  It's clear that Audials doesn't stand behind their product.

  Failure to solve the No Cover tagging issue and leaving their customers hanging is just one example.
