I purchased Audials Radio Tracker 2019 platinum and I received free Audials TV Recorder 2019. But I can't seem to have both of them on my computer at the same time. Is there some way to move from one to the other? I first installed Audials RadioTracker 2019 and it showed up on my computer. Then I installed Audials TV Record 2019 Platinum and the RadioTracker program disappeared. Then I reinstalled the Audials Radiotracker 2019 program and the TV Recorder program disappeared. So what am I missing? Is there some way that I can move from the one program to the other without reinstalling the other program? Or is this a case of only being able to have one or the other program?
I have a solution. Download and install Audials One Platinum. Then enter both activation keys. -
If you hate long stories, skip this one...
After having seen some fantastic reviews about it Audials, I bought version Audials One 2021 to give it a try.
After installing it, on a Windows 10 pc, and running it, it stopped after 10 seconds.
No help in the forums about a reasion why it should not work.
Found out I had to copy WMVCore.dll (2.465.792 bytes) into the audials directory,
and also copied wmasf.dll (225.280 bytes), all from the windows directory.
Ran it again, and bingo it started up, registered it, and tried an Amazon Music import.
The first thing I got was a announcement that it detected that I was using AVG
as protection software and this could be a problem for Audials One... Nice.
Used the copy link feature of Amazon Musci, and saw in Audials One 2021 some
slight activity (a circulator motion) and then nothing. That was it.
Disabled AVG, retried... Nothing.
Uninstalled AVG, retried... Nothing.
Maybe it was my Audials One 2021 version... So I upgraded to version 2022.
Copied the two dll to the 2022 directory. Registered. And tried an import again.
Same thing Nothing happens...
Tried a Youtube video for download.
A finally it started doing something. After a painstakingly long moment of downloading,
it stopped after a while, leaving the video incomplete...
This software is bull manure.
Bought Sidify for Amazon Music. Costs a lot more, but at least it works from the start...
My advice? Do NOT buy Audials One...
A dissatisfied customer.

I just wanted to mention that I am using AMD Ryzen 9, 3900X, which is the newest processor. Even with this new computer, it used to work just fine, so something changed. DLB

Hello. I just want to give praise to the 2019 incarnation of Audials. For several years I was finding the radio recorder part of the program to not be working for me as it once did. I would get incomplete recordings and even recordings that never started. I was ready to jump ship and move to another company.
In this incarnation, I've found that my computer has been recording my radio programs even if I have left my computer in standby and forgot to wake it up. So far, all programs have been successfully recorded. Thank you very much for this sound improvement to your software. Recording live or topical radio programs at times when I cannot listen is the main reason I purchased Audials.

I just purchased (via Ashampoo who has you listed as a software partner) Audials One 2019, and the webinstaller downloads about 40kb of data, then shows a dialog box with "Installation cancelled" plus some other text that doesn't help explain anything about why. I then thought, this is partner software, so I tried downloading it direct from https://audials.com/en/one and then I get this in the web browser address bar "http://mirror.audials.com/audialsone/download.php?_ga=2.235169537.160066536.1554780265-1143783679.1554780265" and the message in the window itself "Could not connect: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'host38.metakauf.de' (113)".
I've also left this same message with Ashampoo support to double my chances of getting it resolved. I posted here because the issue is on the sql server on the audials website.

I'm very new to audials and am having trouble just figuring out how to do simple things. I'll stick to the TV streaming for now. I get these annoying messages (see photo) that are unclickable so you can't "x" them off the screen. Worthless as advertising as the user can't even follow the link... Is there a knowledge base/manual with detailed info somewhere? Googling endlessly with my questions is not working. Thanks much!
Is it possible to turn off these notifications? Also, can you limit your streaming bandwidth to lower quality?--I have a stingy ISP -

I have a general issue with Audials, starting from the 2016 version and I noticed it has not changed even with the free version of 2020, which really doesn't give me any push to upgrade to the real deal.
I use Audial One to record scheduled radio programs. Your scheduler is great and I found only one scheduler that rivals yours (VRadio for smartphones), but the control over the stations is very poor. Ones you create a station you can't re-edit the links for the live streams or the name of the station. You need to create a new station and delete the old one if something changes.
Unfortunately the landscape of radio stations is changing continuously, especially at the USA. Several of the stations I use belong to iheart media and they change the format of their links every several months. For example, in the last several months a working link to one of their stations was "http://c9icyelb.prod.playlists.ihrhls.com/381". On May 1st 2020 they have changed their streams for this station to one of the followings:
Unfortunately any of these stream formats is not recognized as legit by AudialsOne when I go through the manual setup of a station. However they are playing well when I run them in various browsers (Edge, Opera) or stream them in some players (VLC and others). The streams of stations that do not belong to iheart.com continue to function well.
So do you understand why I don't develop an appetite to buy the new versions (though if I recall well I purchased the 2018 or 2019 version but never found it o be better than the 2016 for my purposes)?
Can some one here transmit the message to the developers to update the software to recognize streams from thousands of iheart radio stations at the USA in a timely manner?

I cannot get the music storage filters to work. I want to store music from a station into a station folder, then artist and title using the existing filters but it always stores songs in the root folder ignoring the filter selection.
root folder is ..\Audial Music
filter is \Station\Artist - Title.ext

For people who want to record audio on Windows, I would suggest Audacity and Audfree Audio Capture which are both free.

First I installed Audials 2021 on 2 computers that I own. Main reason for this is I prefer recording from my spare while doing work on my main computer. From the spare, recording to Netflix is not a problem. Logs in just like it should. Problem is on my main computer, opening up Netflix through Audials or just from my browser, it asked me to restart my membership. I use Firefox but also tried it using the Google browser and Microsoft Edge. Same problem, ask me to restart membership. Never had that problem before. Thanks.
